He promisses fixed matches with odds >25. He asks between 150-200€ via Western Union. You pay the money and the next day he blackmails you for fore more money, because he has to pay more for his "source". The match never comes and he disappears for some weeks. He reappears and he erases the negative comments from his groups in Facebook. The archives of his web sites are full of fake results.
Pay attention because he diffuses fake videos on YouTube that show that he wins:
